Once you have chosen which funeral service is right for you, we will email you some questions which we ask you to answer and we also email a copy of our terms and conditions for you to accept. Once we have the information we have asked for, we prepare all of the crematorium paperwork and then we make an appointment to come to you for that paperwork to be signed.

 

We will also present you with the invoice which we ask to be paid within 48 hours by bank transfer. Once we have received payment, we book the date and time you have asked for and you can begin telling people when the service will take place.

 

As our Low Cost Funeral Service is restrictive in terms of what we offer, we do recommend that you read everything thoroughly before engaging our services because they may not be quite right if you want more flexibility.
